- Exclusions: Refunds do not apply to services that have been fully delivered or custom development work where significant progress has been made.

2. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a service, you can do so within 7 days of the service commencement. The following conditions apply:

- Conditions: Services that have been substantially completed or where work has already commenced may not be eligible for cancellation.
